Feedback fuels our own improvement and that of our teams. When we want to improve the ways we lead inclusively, we take the initiative to seek feedback from our colleagues. Courageously seeking, and giving, feedback is a key inclusive skill because it acknowledges that we are dependent on others to learn and grow.
To lead inclusively requires that we invite people who experience our leadership to share their views of our strengths and opportunities for improvement. It also requires that we help those around us to learn and grow with the same care and candor.
This session will help managers and individual contributors to seek and give feedback courageously as they grow as inclusive leaders.
