Our Inclusive Leaders Program is a series of experiential, skill-based, inclusion-specific workshops that are each grounded in the latest research on human behavior and adult learning.
The contents focus on helping you and those at your organization be personally accountable for their behaviors as an inclusive leaders.

From pre-workshop preparation to post-workshop application and practice, we’ve got you covered!
Before Each Workshop
Participants receive a Skill Overview with an introduction to the skill and key concepts or frameworks that will be explored in the session.
At the end of the overview, there are 2-3 questions to consider and actions to take before attending the workshop.
During the Workshop
During the 2.5-hour workshop, trained facilitators guide participants through learning key concepts and frameworks, small-group conversations, and activities that help them connect personally with the content and understand how to apply it in their everyday life.
Participants receive a detailed, interactive, and fully accessible workbook so the content is easy to come back to. Instead of focusing on taking notes, learners can focus on listening, reflection, and discussion.
After Each Workshop
Participants receive the Take Action Tool with suggestions on how to put their learning into action along three key categories: Think, Feel, Do.
Think: building knowledge.
Feel: empathizing with others.
Do: practicing inclusive behaviors in their day-to-day lives.
Additionally, optional Conversation Circle Guides are available to support skill-based small group discussions between each workshop.
