What’s Included?

Certification includes:

  • 16 hours of training with two of Greatheart’s expert Inclusive Leaders Facilitators.

  • Invitation to quarterly Inclusive Leaders Facilitator cohort collaboration sessions for continued growth and learning.

  • Participation in the Inclusive Leaders Assessment (ILA) as well as a 45-minute coaching session based on your individual ILA results.

Certification prerequisites:

  • Participation in the Inclusive Leaders Program workshop series.
