Respect is observing and honoring another person’s contribution and character. Inclusive leaders pay close attention to each person’s uniqueness, individuality, and their need to belong — our colleagues and customers must know that we see and value their unique experience, needs, and strengths.
This session will explore how respect for differences can catalyze a sense of belonging and invite authenticity in the workplace. Equally important, inclusive leaders must be attentive to the obstacles and behaviors that can hinder this kind of environment from taking root.
