Inclusive Leaders Peer Learning Group (PLG)
We’re inviting experienced inclusion leaders from across industries to come together in a monthly facilitated group setting to:
Build a resilient community of supportive and knowledgeable peers.
Explore and discuss real-world DEI inclusion scenarios.
Compare notes and discuss best practices across industries.
Ask critical business questions in a safe and supportive environment.
Participate in Greatheart’s Inclusive Leaders Assessment (ILA).
This cohort-learning experience is designed for leaders who are already well on their way to being inclusive leaders. These are DEI leaders, DEI Council members, ERG leaders, HR business partners, and leaders who actively advocate for systemic culture change within their organizations.
Cohorts of up to 20 leaders meet monthly for a 90-minute guided inclusion scenario discussion and a best practices/problem-solving session with their cohort of peers. They come together to innovate on solving some of their business’s most pressing challenges and to develop interpersonal accountability for continuing to grow as inclusive leaders themselves.
Entry Level $1500: 12 monthly 90-min cohort meetings & participation on our Inclusive Leaders Assessment.
Pro Level $2500: Entry level plus a quarterly, 45-min 1:1 coaching session with your facilitator.
