How does D&I personally relate to you?

I know the importance of getting various points of view in order to come up with the best solution. I also understand the power that lies in having relationships with people who are different from you. Here is where we are able to learn empathy, understanding, and a way to find commonality no matter how different our backgrounds may be.

A lot of progress has been made in the US around diversity and inclusion and there’s a lot more to be done. I’m glad that I get to play a role in this massive work.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy bowling, working out, reading, roller skating, following the stock market and other investments, collecting model cars and action figures, listening to and creating music, and wrestling with my two sons.
